My journey at REMA TIP TOP began back in 2009. Today, I manage purchasing, conduct negotiations, am responsible for supplier management and lead our team. What I find particularly appealing is the diversity of the products and raw materials we purchase, as well as the daily interaction with people from a wide variety of fields.
For me, negotiations mean more than just comparing prices. It's about building sustainable partnerships, creating trust and, at the same time, achieving savings that make a clear contribution to the company's success. My strength lies in bringing teams together and developing sustainable solutions.
A significant part of my work involves overcoming challenges with suppliers and ensuring fair prices. In this way, we help to secure the competitiveness of our company and open up more opportunities for our customers.
I am particularly proud of large projects that have been implemented across departments and locations. This clearly demonstrates the strength we can develop as a team when we work closely together.
