I have been with REMA TIP TOP for 16 years, currently working as a Product Manager, focusing on OTR training, education, and technical support. My responsibilities are highly diverse, ranging from technical consulting and product training to application support and direct assistance with customer-specific issues.
My core strengths lie in training, technical support, and in-depth knowledge of products and machinery. However, beyond technical expertise, I believe it is crucial to understand the current needs and challenges of our customers in order to deliver tailored solutions.
What I appreciate most about my role is its variety. No two days are the same, and the interaction with customers and cultures around the world makes my work both exciting and demanding. Finding the right solution for every situation requires flexibility and versatility.
I help solve customer challenges directly, whether by providing sustainable tire repairs that conserve resources or by sharing practical knowledge transfer in training programs that empower customers to implement solutions independently.
What makes me proud is exceeding customer expectations and leaving them satisfied with the results of my work. Their positive feedback is my greatest motivation.
