I’ve been working in production at REMA TIP TOP since 1995. My responsibilities range from operating and monitoring our equipment to producing precise mixtures. I’ve specialized in filling systems, where I use experience and attention to detail to ensure all processes run safely and consistently.
Variety and team spirit are what make my job so appealing. No two days are alike, and it’s the close collaboration with my colleagues that enables us to handle even demanding tasks reliably.
My contribution is to ensure a seamless production flow. When the machines run without interruptions and the filling process works flawlessly, that’s the foundation for quality, efficiency, and satisfaction—both within the team and across the entire company.
