Since August 2023, I have been responsible for quality management at the Poing site and also work as an internal auditor. I find the diversity of this area particularly exciting: you gain insights into almost all company processes and at the same time take on the role of customer representative within your own company.
Thanks to more than ten years of experience in various quality management positions, I have learned to critically examine issues, provide impetus, and always take the customer's perspective into account.
What I find appealing is the combination of analysis and design. Quality management is not just about checking processes but about initiating real improvements through targeted measures. This reduces complaint rates, conserves resources, and strengthens confidence in our processes.
A significant part of my work involves promoting quality awareness throughout the company. When employees understand why certain processes are crucial, additional costs and waste can be avoided. This benefits both the company and the environment.
I am proud of many successes, both large and small: from reducing complaints to the often-invisible improvements that make a decisive difference in everyday life.
