Poing near Munich, November 5th, 2026 – They achieved a maiden victory at the Lausitzring, secured fourth place in the overall standings, and gained valuable experience in their ongoing development as racing drivers. Sandro and Juliano Holzem had a successful 2026 ADAC GT Masters season. While driving the BMW M4 GT3 for Schubert Motorsport, the twin brothers demonstrated their potential and achieved a major milestone by winning their first race in the series. For the REMA TIP TOP Group, which sponsored the two drivers for the first time in 2026, the season was also a success from a communications perspective. Through its accompanying performance campaign, the company used motorsports to showcase its brand values, increase its visibility, and connect with new audiences.
June 20, 2026 is a date that the Holzem twins will remember well. At the DEKRA Lausitzring, they celebrated their first ADAC GT Masters victory. After several impressive performances, the brothers secured their long-awaited victory, confirming their progress as drivers. "There were many great moments this year, but the triumph at the Lausitzring was undoubtedly the highlight of the season," Juliano Holzem recalls.
The twins finished fourth in the overall standings, improving by one position compared to the previous year. This result highlights their abilities and shows how challenging it is to consistently compete at the front throughout an entire season. Alongside their victory at the Lausitzring, close collaboration and a growing sense of unity within the team defined the season.
The importance of mutual trust and perseverance was especially evident at the Salzburgring. After an incident and extensive repairs to the car, it seemed unlikely that the race weekend would continue successfully. However, the Schubert Motorsport crew managed to get the BMW back on the grid in time. The twins then fought their way to fifth place in the race. "At the Salzburgring, the entire team gave it their all once again. We showed that you should never give up, even when the situation seems hopeless at first. When everyone works together, good things can still happen,” explains Sandro Holzem.
For REMA TIP TOP, the first season with the Holzem twins was about much more than a traditional sponsorship. The partnership allowed the company to showcase its dedication to excellence in an environment where precision, reliability, and collaboration are the keys to success or failure.
"Sandro and Juliano's first race win and fourth-place finish in the overall standings are outstanding achievements. We would like to congratulate them both again," says Michael Lorig, CEO of the REMA TIP TOP Group. "However, what impresses me most is the determination with which they and their team worked throughout the season. We recognize that same commitment in our industry. True performance comes from preparation, reliability, and taking responsibility together. The drivers’ development and how they handled challenges align perfectly with REMA TIP TOP’s values.”
Magdulin Abbas, Head of Global Marketing, adds: "With the guiding theme 'REMA TIP TOP Performance - On Track and in Industry,' we created a communications campaign to extend the sponsorship beyond the racetrack. It connected the REMA TIP TOP brand and its capabilities with motorsport. Authentic interviews with drivers, behind-the-scenes insights, and various digital content formats provided a steady stream of communication opportunities throughout the season."
Performance delivers results, and reliable partnerships make all the difference. This applies to industry as much as to sports. The first sponsorship season shared by racing drivers Sandro and Juliano Holzem and REMA TIP TOP demonstrated the achievements possible when the two come together, from success on the track to a successful performance campaign.
