My journey with REMA TIP TOP took me from Brazil to the Middle East, where I have been responsible for advancing our digital inspection and maintenance solutions since October 2023. I focus on implementing systems such as MCube and CCube, as well as analyzing large datasets and translating them into clear, actionable maintenance recommendations.
Using AI-driven evaluations and data-based decision models, I help our customers quickly grasp complex challenges and confidently plan ahead. What motivates me is using technology in ways that create genuine, measurable value. A central part of my work involves preventing unplanned downtime of conveyor systems. Our solutions continuously monitor belt conditions during operation, detect faults early on, and automatically convert data into actionable insights. These capabilities enable predictive maintenance, reduce failures, and extend service life, thereby benefiting safety, productivity, and sustainability.
One of my proudest achievements was the analysis of a conveyor belt roughly 30 kilometers long – the longest system our team has handled to date. To interpret the massive amount of data, I developed an algorithm that converts point‑cloud data into precise 2D and 3D visualizations and automates statistical evaluations. As a result, we reduced the analysis time from 45 days to just two weeks, while significantly simplifying the CCube workflow.
