In more than 35 years of working for REMA TIP TOP, I have learned how crucial hands-on training is for the correct use of our products. As Senior Technical Advisor at the REMA TIP TOP ACADEMY, I pass on this knowledge both at the training center and directly on site at the customer's premises.
The most exciting thing about my job is international exchange: I regularly meet people from all over the world, learn new perspectives, and experience how enriching this collaboration is, both for the participants in my training courses and for myself.
My area of expertise is TRM (Tire Repair Materials). I use my experience to help customers use our products correctly and make repair processes efficient and safe.
At the same time, my work contributes to environmental protection: every successful repair extends the life of a tire and saves valuable resources. Repairing is always better than disposing. That’s exactly what I teach in my training sessions.
I am particularly proud when customers not only feel more confident in their work after my training courses but are also grateful. Seeing that my knowledge is being put to immediate use and making our customers' everyday lives easier is the greatest reward for me.
